At Rahgir Chai, we take great pride in the quality of our tea products and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
You received the wrong product.
The item was damaged during shipping.
The product has expired or is defective on arrival.
To be eligible for a return, you must:
Contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
Ensure the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved:
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a refund via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
Opened tea packs or used items
Products purchased on clearance or sale
Custom gift hampers or bulk orders unless defective
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we’ll be happy to replace it at no additional cost. Please share a photo of the item and packaging while raising your request.
